Eerst maken we de vulling met kokos, vervolgens mengen we deze met gesmolten chocolade, en tot slot omhullen we ze met chocolade naar keuze !<\/p>\n<h2>De kokos<\/h2>\n<h3>Ingredi\u00ebnten<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>150 gram geraspte kokosnoot<\/li>\n<li>30 gram amandelen<\/li>\n<li>40 gram suiker<\/li>\n<li>mixer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Bereiding<\/h3>\n<p>Doe de geraspte kokosnoot en amandelen op een met bakpapier beklede bakplaat en bak deze ongeveer een tiental minuutjes op 150\u00b0C. De kokosnoot moet een goudbruine kleur krijgen, laat ze dus zeker niet t\u00e9 lang in de oven.<\/p>\n<p>Doe 30 gram suiker in een pannetje en verwarm deze op een laag vuurtje, tot je een goudbruine caramel krijgt. Giet deze over de kokos en amandelen en laat het geheel afkoelen op het bakpapier.<\/p>\n<p>Doe de goudbruine kokos, amandelen en caramel in een blender met S blad en meng het geheel tot je een mooi vloeibaar geheel krijgt. Deze stap kan wel wat langer duren dan je denkt. Ikzelf moest steeds even pauzeren zodat de blender kon afkoelen. Uiteindelijk zal je een vloeibaar en bijna olieachtig mengsel krijgen, en dat is wat we nodig hebben voor de pralines!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.radbag.nl\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/Kerstmis-pralines.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1524 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.radbag.nl\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/Kerstmis-pralines.gif\" border=\"0\" alt=\"Kerstmis pralines\" width=\"1000\" height=\"667\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>De chocoladevulling<\/h2>\n<h3>Ingredi\u00ebnten<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>40 gram witte chocolade<\/li>\n<li>40 gram melkchocolade<\/li>\n<li>een halve koffielepel vanillepoeder of vanille extract<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Al wat we nu nog moeten doen voor de vulling, is het kokosmengsel mengen met de gesmolten chocolade.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Voor pralines met een melkchocolade vulling<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Meng 40 gram melkchocolade met 75 gram kokosvulling. Warm het geheel een minuutje op in de magnetron zodat alles gesmolten is. Roer goed tot je een homogeen mengsel hebt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Voor pralines met een witte chocolade vulling<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Meng 40 gram gesmolten witte chocolade met 75 gram kokosvulling en een halve koffielepel vanillepoeder (of vanille extract). Warm het geheel weer een minuut op in de magnetron tot alles gesmolten is, en roer tot je een homogeen mengsel hebt.<\/p>\n<p>Doe beide mengsels in aparte rechthoekige vormen en zorg dat het overal ongeveer 1,5 cm dik is. Bedek het geheel met een plastic folie, en laat de mengsels een uurtje uitharden in de koelkast.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.radbag.nl\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/Pralines-Kerst.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1525 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.radbag.nl\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/Pralines-Kerst.gif\" border=\"0\" alt=\"Pralines Kerst\" width=\"1000\" height=\"674\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Het omhulsel<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>75 gram melkchocolade, zwarte chocolade of witte chocolade (naar keuze)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>De vulling van je pralines zou nu volledig klaar moeten zijn. Al wat je nog moet doen, is deze met chocolade naar keuze omhullen!<\/p>\n<p>Breek 75 gram chocolade in stukjes en smelt deze in de magnetron. De magnetron is niet de beste\u00a0methode om chocolade te laten smelten, maar wel een gemakkelijke manier. Je krijgt misschien geen mooie glans, maar de smaak is minstens even goed!<\/p>\n<p>Laat de chocolade een minuutje opwarmen in de magnetron, en roer. Herhaal deze stappen per 30 seconden, tot de meeste chocolade gesmolten is maar je hier en daar nog wat chocolade brokken ziet. Deze smelten automatisch door het geheel goed te roeren. En voila, je chocolade omhulsel is klaar!<\/p>\n<p>Haal je vulsels uit de koelkast, snij ze in blokjes, en dompel ze 1 per 1 in de gesmolten chocolade met behulp van een vork. Gebruik genoeg chocolade! Het overtollige druipt van de praline wanneer je op de rand van de kom tikt.<\/p>\n<p>Leg de pralines op een plaat bedekt met folie of bakpapier, en laat de chocolade uitharden.
